let me know how you get on with it found some new enthusiasm after going out a few HIGH powered RST's yesterday so now im trying to order the last few bits for the engine to do on the dyno...will go home and try to sort out and make sure all the loom fits the injectors and sensors etc...also make a list of whats else is needed to complete everything...then work my way through it

Right, car is back on the road and running well...XR2 gearbox in there and running smooth
on another note...i have my Area Six exhaust manifold for sale...im downsizing the turbo and going internal gate now and concentrating on putting the power down
if neone is interested, please PM me
oh and if you want it without the external w/gate pipe, let me know and ill get it welded up to suit
this is one SERIOUS manifold! dont really want to sell but the standard RST manifold has seen figures of 350hp and thats what im aiming for so i can save some money

i see you have a pectel type loom there
are you laying the new loom on top or cutting in the old rs loom and removing all the old mfi stuff or are you just putting in the new wire for lives etc,also what pump are you going to run??

im renewing the complete wiring loom in the vehicle so everything i dont need will be coming out
even the loom inside the car for the electricals will be renewed pump...im not too sure at the moment...will more than likly be a Cossie 044 pump...will decide on the fuel pump spec after i have a power figure so i know its specc'd right...more than like i will overly spec it to make sure its always safe

quick update peeps
the manifold is now staying with me...
MASSIVE thanks to Simpson Race Exhausts (www.simpsonraceexhausts.com - 01753 532222) for welding up the exhaust manifold for the external w/gate!! EXCELLENT job and ANY exhaust fabrication work you need doing...they are you people EXTREMELY helpful and will be booking in my car for an exhaust as soon as its ready 
HUGE thanks going to Ian AGAIN for sorting my exhaust manifold out for the smaller turbo guy is a LEGEND...knowledge is amazing! taught me alot about things and makes me think about alternative methods of doing things instead of the everyday methods...helped me out so much!
Intercooler has also been sent off to Graham at GRS and should be back with me in a few weeks. There was a slight air leak from the intercooler when i first bought it so the end tanks are getting cut off and rewelded back on and sprayed up etc etc...and a nice tidy up
also picked up my new gearbox - MTX75 out of an Escort RS2000...HUGE HUGE HUGE thanks to Stevenbm for sorting this out for me cant moan at the price either hey steven
Went to Grove Garage yesterday to pick up the box and while i was there i also picked up an oil feed pipe for the turbo with a filter and also ordered Cossie ACT and water temp senders for the Pectel Loom Grove Garage......TOP LADS!!
Just got to wait for the exhaust manifold to come back and the sensors to turn up and im ready for the Dyno!!!

another small update - the gearbox should be going off to Bernies on tuesday MTX 75 with Shot peened highly polished gears, Quaife ATB diff (although might go plate diff), custom ratios and final drive, full strip down and rebuild

cheers everyone....
dropped off the gearbox yesterday to bernie to get sorted...spec will be:
MTX75
Custom 5th gear ratio
highly polished shot peened gearset
Quaife ATB diff (although this may change to a plate diff)
Full rebuild
Custom final drive
and a few other touches here and there
BIG shout out to Bernie for explaining a few things to me and making me think about a few things about the chassis hopefully everything will be setup as close to perfect as possible
am waiting for the dyno at the moment so i can spec the gearing accordingly to pull the correct speeds in all gears....however i do know 60mph will come up at 6500rpm in second
redline in fifth comes in at 176mph but thats 8500rpm
