prep work 99% finished

me and dave put some hours in getting the prep work done










abit of loy on the doors lol



then out came the primer

 

after i primed the wings and front panel i sprayed abit of paint on panels just to see what it would look like in moondust!!

Were in the middle of building a full cage for it now
I'm sure pics will follow when we've progressed a little more

think its about time i did an update

iv been busy at work with one thing or another,

after painting the floor etc i decided i wanted a roll cage because i want a carbon roof & will b using car on track & the cage will stiffen the shell etc!

big big thanx to shep & dave if it wasnt 4 them i would still av 8 lenths ov 38 OD tube lol

this was a template we made lol




so out came the grinder.......
off with the roof......





the it was time to see if it all fitted







today dave came the the garage with sheps notcher,




i cant believe how good the cage as came out

then we cut an old dash just to see how it looks



iv got2 buy another hole saw bit b4 we can carry on with anymore,
