hi lads lets put this in perspective i dont think any of us are doing something that hasent been done thousands of times before ,we all are just picking the best parts of other peoples ideas and try putting it in one car ,all are cars will be different in one way or another thats because we all like different things that doesent make it good or bad just individual .what ever colour you paint it is copied off something else weather a bmw porshe what ever does it matter ,plus if you dont want to be copied dont put pics or tell people on here what you are doing that would be the easiest ,this is not a go at anyone just my opinion we are supposed to enthusiests lets stop all the bitching at each other ,plus copying is a form of a complement it means somebody thinks your doing it right
ps if anyone wants to copy me go ahead lol

Personally i would go with a nice red, s1's look spot on in red!
I would also not go the grey route like beefy as i wouldnt want my project to be similar looking to another especially both being mk3s.

going to order the last of the rosejoints this weekend and get the rear end mocked up ,
then mark can make up my bottom steering arms to suit the wider wheels

ive been watching your thread for a while and all i can say is you are doing an amazing job .
i will be building my own one in a few years when i get my house .
as for a colour im going to do mine red as S1's look great in red so i would think about going red , dont do it grey as imo there are to many cars being painted grey atm .

Here is the TVR racing green colour mentioned above, I think that it could work well with carbon and anthracite.
