Right the WIFE is in SPAIN so im back on it in 5th gear . right at 7.30am i went down to the car and got some sizes of it so i could get some steel cut to size and as i no the lad there he did it at 1/2 price Ł10 for a full sheat of 1.6mm cut to size .well iv had to do a small bit of cleaning up to get it to fit the way i wonted it to . Im going back down tomorrow night to finish it off then it will be onto the rear shock mounts

Thanks mate no need iv been neeling on it all night and its 75% welded in and there is no move ment in it at all as the steel iv used being 1.6mm its nice and thick and all so all the welding i have done on it tonight and there is not even 1 worp in the steel which im very happy about

I was going down tonight to do some work on it but i sat down for 5 min to have my tea and that was the end of that . plus im all most out of wire so iv got to go shopping

I spent a bit of time on the car yesterday well i should say a lot of time as i could not beleve how long it tuck to cut one side out and get it in the right place it seamed to tack for ever to do but its now in just got to do the second side now which should be a lot simpoler to do as i can take all the sizes from the first one i did . i did have some help from DINGLA RS on this as he sent me and WHIZZISAT114 / DAVE some photos with sizes on them which has been a very big help i had to re work the sizes as DAVE very nice of him gave me some tube to make the rear turits and it is 1/2 inch biger than the photo sizes but as said one side is now done and im very happy with just got to see when i can get down there again as the WIFE is now home from spain







O and last night i won this bumper of EBAY i will be getting it in the next 2 weeks as iv got to go to scotland with work so i getting it on the way home
