(COLEYST200) focus to focos / skyline gear box

Well as work said we had nuffing in for today they gave me the day off so i made the most of it and spent the day working on the motor
1st off i got the manifold fit on to the head
Next i got all the sump cleaned up and fitted
diff all fitted
then it was time to sort the clutch set up done
and as it using a push on hose i turned down the fitting to wot i wonted
Gear box all cleaned and just sitting there till tomorrow when it will be fitted to the motor and then into its new home

Right first off today i went back to James listers motor sport and got all my brake lines made up to which only cost Ł51
Next of the motor was got off the stand and the gear box was fitted
And just befor the motor was put in i sorted the master cilinder out
Well thats when the shit hii the fan as me and Rex were just about to get the motor under the car when my work mate came to get my works van so sorted him out and he had been gone about 10 min when i rememberd that the troly i was going to use to get the motor under the car was on my works van
so we did it the hard way
just after this photo i put in a very nice BD10 ex cam in
thanks Dave i ow you one the next thing i set all the timing up and got the head pulled down and this is how we left it tonight
The only uver thing that did my head in was as i went to put the drive saft in the n/s the bearings fell apart inside which ment it had to come of and be sorted befor the hub could be fitted which im glad to say REX was on the job with it and its now done and back on the car

then i ran off in there and had a play talk about pushing my look

Thanks lads right a Big thanks to Dave tonight as iv been working on the brakes but i was having problems getting the rears to bleed well it turn out that the servo i was using was shafted and Dave had a spair nocking about so we got it on the car tonight and after bleeding the brakes two times its now spot on so we are now getting there with this build
