i just did an exchange with the hybrid n some cash!

well hybrid is fitted and goes like stink! now we just need to make it stop so ive bought this little lot:

new discs for the front:



along with pads:


so i thought i would replace the rear calipers as well as one of them wasnt working proper anyway:


along with pads and discs on the back:



then we need some lines and fluid as well to help it all stop:



i also got round to powder coating my alloy brake reserviour and powersteering tank:



i also decided it was about time i stopped releying on the standard boost gauge and fitted a proper one:




thats about it just need to get it all fitted so thats gonna be done on thursday!

New brakes have been fitted and a boost gauge!

so i bought a boost gauge holder and fastened to my A-piller:













and then the brakes, i had new discs and pads fitted all round along with new lines and 5.1 fluid, i also got some AP 2piece discs for the front:

Well with working on my brothers car and doing some stickerbombing on his thought id give it a go on the RS, now some of you will hate it some may like it but at end of day it was damaged in first place and had been painted badly so if i get bored i will get a replacement!

The carbon vinyl looks so fake compared to the real carbon around gearstick though! Plus there are a few carbon wrapped ones about so thought id be different lol when i get bored i will get a real carbon one!

i saw yours down at robbos last sat paul, im saving for my paint job at the moment, will be getting it done in the new year hopefully, my brothers golf just needs some parts doing on it which should be done soon but robbo had been having booth issues last week!

Then i got carried away and took front end off as well
