Well here is what ive been up to over the last couple of weeks!
Starting with the lights:
nakedness:
rear fog light done:
rear main light:
fitted rear fog:
fitted rear light:
together:
then onto the inside, wheres it all gone?
here it is:
bit of primer:
bet you can guess what colour its going?!
but then the roof liner will look silly being cream so ive got to fix that, requires some time and patience:
as you can see im coving it in a lovelt striped blue material haha
and done:
here it is fitted:
now with the sun visors i decided i didnt want to paint the standard Ford ones as they are vinyl type material and look rubbish when painted sooo ive raided the parts bin of another manufacturer and got these:
will get some more pictures soon, it was too dark to take any last night after i finished.

Erm well! Dont hold it against me but they are from a Mk5 vauxhall astra! My mates got one so thought i would see if they fitted and they did! Bonus is theyve got lights built in as well when you open em up so my mates have wired that in for me today whilst i was cleanin it!
Geoff: i know thats why i did it, liked the look of yours on cossie, roofs going same as well when i sort it with robbo!

Nice work - I am really liking this RS, not been a big fan until seeing yours and the mods. Your just down the road from me too - have to keep an eye out
Just out of interest - what did you use to re trim Headliner and what paint did you use for the plastics?

Nice work - I am really liking this RS, not been a big fan until seeing yours and the mods. Your just down the road from me too - have to keep an eye out

Well i got it cleaned today and i painted my rear foglight got a LHD version from graham at carparts express and smoked it with some tint light spray. Happy with back end of the car for the moment, until i buy some US spec lights and tint them instead:

yeah i agree its on my list of things to do but i keep spending my money on other things!
ahh fair enough saw a blue subaru at roundabout and it looked rather nice so i thought id ask!

I went to WGT in chesire for a rolling road day with the RSOC boys and pulled a 336bhp at flywheel and 285bhp at wheels with 360lb torque!
