The shell was built for me by allspeed engineering, it was made to have a vauxhall redtop engine in with cossy box diff runing gear etc.
It took about six months for him to build, the fab work is spot on though.

that's how it started life, I decided everything else was cossy so why not the engine also better chance of getting the power I wanted.
It's taken me three years since I got the shell back now starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel

Fantastic work mate

Very well built with alot of attention to detail

My brother in law is building one at the moment although it's very early days yet,

He also built the mid engined cossie cincquecento (sp) and the cossie
Powered e36 BMW and the rwd supra escort van both of which he still has,

I've pointed him in the direction of this thread for reference to his mini cossie

Great brother in law you've got he's made some fantastics cars too. Does he know what route he's taking yet? 2wd 4wd making his own floor pan or using one from a car etc.
Thiers a mini on with a shortend sierra floor pan 4wd to I think.

Thanks mate, I wanted to get two fans on but the alternator pulley got in the way that's how close things are.
I think the fan was a 9 or 10 inch kenlowe.

being over 6 ft and owning a mini isn't a problem. looking out the rear 1/4 windows at junctions seems wierd at first tho.
