finally got the mini out on track at Snetterton, I was very pleased how it performed on the day, apart from some rubbing on the passenger side tyre it was faultless all day..

What ecu you have can determine coil options.
COP will add a little height on the valve cover area...ie where the coils sit on top of the plugs. But it looks like you've a strut brace up there, so presumably a load of room ?
Or a 4 tower type coil pack....wont add any height as you'd still be using HT leads same as you probably have now.
Obviously your ecu would need to be able to accommodate either of these instead of the dizzy

To add to stevie turbo...I have Yaris coils so you mill off about 10mm from the turrets on the cam cover so you save some height and lose the leads off the dizzy, ideally delete the dizzy and go cam trigger 9as long as ecu allows)

turbo oil leak??
hi guys, I've got a t34 turbo which hasn't done a lot of miles and I thinks it's started leaking oil from somewhere , I thought it was coming from the oil return pipe as it runs down the outside of the pipe but I've replaced the gasget and it's still leaking, could it be a seal in the turbo??? any advice would be welcome please, as the next plan is to take it off and strip it down...

Give it a good clean to see exactly where it is leaking from. If it's external....it can't really be a faulty turbo unless the casting is cracked, which is extremely unlikely.
Find what height the leak starts from, and then you'll get a better idea.

New clutch
hi guys, I'm after a new clutch for the car , ive had an AP organic one in it since I built the car and it's done really well but this year it's started slipping on high boost , I'd like to get another AP one but they don't make them anymore so I was just seeking some advice as to what one to go for, the he helix one is an option but a lot more expensive than the AP one , any advice please would be welcomed
thanks andy
