Twins: Glad to hear its nearly done. looking forward to meeting phill and seeing the roof, just waiting on a replay as to when i can go see him.

Dave: The roof is the full replacement not the skin so the existing roof will need to be cut out. I don't do things half assed ha ha

I got a B&M but being second hand had no instructions so i need someone to clarify its together properly. I have bolted it up to a spare box and it seems to be fine.

Cleaned and decreased ever thing




Fitted the B&M bearing with a new cir clip



Regressed EVER thing



had a play



I removed all of the springs ..... the b&m has its own so these are not needed ?

I picked it up today the only work to describe it is FLAWLESS.

ALOT more carbon to come Kepp your eyes on this post.

The s1 box is very very good. Love the ratios.

Sorry if its a stupid question to ask, but how will you go about fitting the carbon roof as in fixxing it to the car and have you sourced a non sunroof model headling ?
Sorry if it sounds daft mate just interested as id like do the same with my roof at some point.
