What size do you fine best mate? as may do down to 16" instead and maybe different tyres from the r888

Think comp Th's or th2's it will be, now just gotta decide on colour, white, anthercite or black hmmm

tbh mate if you have the right suspension components you could run the 17"s
but to keep it simple and a tidy handling car 16"s would be ok but just pricey on tyres

and as for the colour anthracite gets my vote, but you should now keep within the colour scheme you have

The cars running konis with -30mm cobra springs, S1 arb setup, and fully polybushed.

Gonna look into 16" th's or th2's i think then in black with a decent tyre (something not as pricey and will last a little longer than 888s) Perhaps the t1r's your said about or pradas

Got the car back from Tom at Tem sport and am really pleased with the work he has done. The car goes and idles so much better now.He also fitted a proper braided fuel line rather than the old rubber hose it had with jubalee clips.Got my oil pressure gauge working, removed my fuel accumalator and relocated the fuel filter, fitted a new towing eye as didnt have one (just incase)Fitted a new throttle cable also as the other was kinked.Put some proper fully synthetic top notch gearbox oil in to hopefully help a bit and adjusted my sollid tappets which are pretty silent now.

I got hold of another pair of bonnet vents and have done them satin black. What do you guys think.

don't mean to sound out of place but did they or you flow test that inlet as i'd be concerned at number 1 not getting equal air to the others as the flow of air is moving way from number 1 apart from that car looks good but not to keen on the black bits

Looking at your pics it's because the bonnet raisers have been put in the holes where the rubber bump stops normally go......meaning your bonnet is sat on the slam panel, if you get some stiff rubber hose to go over your bonnet pins and cut it to the right length/raise your bonnet pins you could space it up a bit mate

As my dash has been flocked (albeit professionaly) i thought id have a go at doing a few small bits myself.Started off with the interior door handles and mirror covers as they were looking a bit tatty.Am pretty pleased for my first go, is a bit messy doing it though and is probably a good idea to wear a mask as i didnt and had black bogies today!!

Here are the bits i did last night.

Not really hard just a bit messy, Best to do it in a large box, paint the black glue on then 'puff' the black fibre on quite thick.Shake the excess off and leave to dry.

Done a few more bits and pieces over the last few days as the weathers been good

Fitted my custom made gearknob which i had machined up based on the nylon Quaife one they do

Nice new braided fuel hose fitted with proper end clamps this time (not jubaliee clips and rubber hose!!!)

Relocated the map sensor as was previously on the inner wing and was worried it may get wet (not that the car ever really gets wet lol)

My flocked mirror adjuster covers i did myself, quite pleased how they came out.

Added padding to the cage

Proper towing eye fitted (thanks Tom)

Few more decals fitted

And finally my fav picture of the car so far

don't suppose you have the flow figures do you be interesting to see how much variance there is across the 4 runners as not a lot of companys do it as there lazy and with out them being tested you could be wasting money/time and power if not up to the job
