Looks good, what colour is it and what manufacturer uses it? It's a similar colour to what I had in mind for my Vauxhall.

I got a black top zetec 2.0 came from a mint car, 77k with full service history, would be willing to swap/part x against rst cvh zvh or silver top zetec 2.0

Unless some one can tell me how to fabricate the mounts etc that I need to build a zetec turbo using the black top

full interior in, tailored frames been litterally chopped in less than half and re welded so the seat can sit lower, last time the recaro's were in they were pretty much bolted to the floor. rear seats in as well, may get them all trimmed but atm the engines prioritty

engine bay wwas in desperate need of a tidy up, ignore the gold catch, it'll be sorted ahahaha

full boot build, took about 10 hours to complete from start to finnish, thanksto shaun for the help, all trimmed in leather

all ready to go now before the engine work starts

Started on the engine, building a zetec turbo from a black top, stripped the head and cleaned it up at work this morning

Lined the rst gasket up to see where I gotta drill, not a damn hole lines up, just my luck,

Bought a front mount from redbitz in cannock, got a t3 off eBay in good cond. Can't wait to get it all built up

whats spec of zt pal, what t3? one of a rst aint worth fitting imo, t3 from a cossie would be better at 12 psi, standard bottom end with decomp, ofab management with ahmed live map/chip, fiat coupe beige injectors, rover coupe turbo inlet ( i have one of these) and few other bits can make 250 and 250+ftlbs

Black top 2.0, s2 t3 2mm decomp plate, focus rs gaskets and I have either the 2litre plastic inlet or the xr3i mark five efi inlet,

Fiat coupe injectors? Never thought about them, how much do they go for?

I would love to use ms but ATM I'm on a tight budget as I just bought my first house so I thought ofab would be the best option for now

Not a zetec anyway but i can gaurantee a rst t3 with a .36 housing will be too small, and people will agree with me, best bet is to buy a cossie t3 which has a .48 housing and bigger compressor side, at 14 psi can make around 240-250bhp, plus you can run a 3" downpipe easily which you can move around as it has the 3 bolt housing.

Also you need the flywheel from your standard 1.8 for a rst clutch
