Been busy, but done a little. Side bars need trimming before being welded in, the rear feet still need welding on and the whole thing painting. The side bars will run neatly between the seat and the interior card.

Aye, with reinforced box sections in the floor. Normally I don't agree with bolt in cages, so I'm focusing on making this the best of both worlds

Nah, just a nice subtle satin black. Blend in as much as possible. Should be alright, just need to get sanding now
Still got the rear turret box sections to make and then it's completely done.

2k mate, a little cold at the mo so nice to ensure the hardener helps. Plus it'll sit flush against the seat and the door card, so don't want the paint scuffing off. Also got insulating pads on the bottom bits. Bought 2 metres of it, so if anyone wants the rest you can have it

Yeah mate, that's how it was measured out. In theory to keep the factory look....ish!
So the seat will hide most of the lower parts of the cage.
Probably a waste of time because I'll end up taking them out and putting buckets in

Car isn't really moving much now till Gatebil, prepare it more than anything. Sticky worked his magic with some neat little road trip stickers for the quarter windows
Thanks buddy
