looks great and great work gone into it.
Still think youre more fucking insane than me to convert a FWD shell rather than buy a cossie shell.
But if you keep it for the long term then guess it doesnt matter.
Out of interest, whats insurance as a FWD highly modified escort with cossie conversion like when compared to an equivilent genuine car??
Ive noticed a lot of cars where people fit higher spec engines are more expensive to insure because they are "modified" than buying the higher spec car to start with. Eg a 1.4 puma with 1.7 engine is more to insure than a 1.7 puma despite with the conversion they are now identical cars.

I insure it with all mods declared and had to provide engineers report. It's a multi car policy with flux and costs me 600 fully comp for too cars.

Just have to say bud u have really made me what to do a cosworth the same way you have it looks the dogs mate. And 1 more thing I'm a brum lad my self and iv never seen it about I did spot 1 a cup mths bk down sol by the big tesco where all the gay boy racers meet up but couldn't see it 2 gd erd it fly up the rd and it defo made me do a lil sex wee

thanks for the comments lads,an i agree with you it is a lot of work and would have been easyer to go out and buy a coz shell. but i set my self a chalange and wanted to see it threw and not wimp out and to have martin from rayland coment on my project makes it all worth it.got eany jobs goin martin ha ha

Ok change of plan. After months of sat around I've decided to keep the car now an make some changes.
Going to get rid of the leather interior and fully cage it, bucket seats, rally / track spec it.
I've been round the track in this car an the leather is feckin useless, keep sliding out the seat on a corner lol will post pics when I start work on it. Need a good supply of roll cage tube now!

Ive done few bits bud its at devils again for wasted spark kit an set up now that ive fitted blitz boost controller should get it back today fingers crossed. New bits ive done rs500 grilles, nomad style rear lights, blitz boost controller, piller pod with aem air/fuel gauge, bailey header tank, another chip, boot install, cut out middle box, change orange oval indicators to smoked square, bonnet strut and im just about to start flocking bits.
