offset is spot on mate, all beams are the same. the front is sittin abit high but it is sierra springs. coilovers will sort any hight issues out im sure. it would settle down if i drove it but not at that point yet

thats agreat job you ve done m8 you got the skills the space and the determination. just have a question for you wouldnt be easier to find a shell or a write off to repair?why the floorpan change? in the uk you can get hold of used shells . my dream is an escort cowsworth too for the moment i have a 2wd cossie

Impressive stuff, it definitely would've been easier to just buy one but you wouldn't get the same satisfaction from doing that. I admire your enthusiasm in seeing the full project out

looks ace build, those to4e .50 trim turbos like you have are only good for 400bhp at 2 bar aint they?so ive searched anyway! what did you do to make the wastegate adaptor on the mani? arc weld a mild steel 50mm pipe to standard cast mani?

thanks mate, it will do 400 at 2 bar so it said on box, the question is for how long lol the turbo is a stand in till ive got the cash for gt 35 or sumthin like that. its a stainless 50mm pipe tiged to the cast mani. if you mig it, it will in the end fall off mate
