well start of a new year so thought id buy the car some new wheels. got a set of 18inch comps of mark at mt motorsport and thay are the bizz. i used the car all last summer with no probs an its so much fun rear wheel drive. dident go to any shows with it last year but hoping to go to a few this year. goin for a live map with martin at reyland in the next month so be nice to see wot bhp it makes. here some pics of me new wheels so hope you all like the new look for this year lol

small update, modded me screamer pipe as it was catching the heat sheald and wraped it and i think it looks bloody cool lol. still havent had it maped yet as still doin mods on the engine and want it maped with all bits on, latest mod is new inlet. got my mate to bang it up for me an its not to bad.
Im on passionford stand this year at ford fair so if you see me say hi

Still think youre more fucking insane than me to convert a FWD shell rather than buy a cossie shell.

But if you keep it for the long term then guess it doesnt matter.

Out of interest, whats insurance as a FWD highly modified escort with cossie conversion like when compared to an equivilent genuine car??

Ive noticed a lot of cars where people fit higher spec engines are more expensive to insure because they are "modified" than buying the higher spec car to start with. Eg a 1.4 puma with 1.7 engine is more to insure than a 1.7 puma despite with the conversion they are now identical cars.
