Hi Lee
Got to say you have done a fantastic job mate.
What was the owner like when he viewed it all back together and sorted ?
I bet his jaw was on the deck and he must be very pleased with the outcome. I certainly would have been.
I am really looking forward to you next project and hope that you continue to give us all an in depth and detailed account, as i for one am greatly looking forward to it.
I really need to get my act together and make some improvements to my car but cannot raise my enthusiasm to get on with it. So im hoping your next project will give me another kickstart and inspire me again.
Good luck keep on going pal
Cheers
Paul

Dont put your self down, you did an ace job on your 3door first time round.
What ive found with cars , especially your own ones is you have to portion out the work.
Make a list and divide it into managable sized chunks. (this is also a good idea if the car is on the road and a full blown resto/work is not an option)
Its what I do, make a list, get it all written down. work out how long you think each item will take you to do (and double it) and work out how much it will cost in parts/paint etc.
Set your self a target for the weekend/evening etc and then do it.
Got a landrover engine rebuild first before the RS500. Pics in due course as ever!

Well the 3door left yesterday. Was sad to see her go, after spending so many hours over/under and in the car.
The owner was chuffed to bits with her, and I know he'd like to remain anonomous (sp) but if hes reading this then I just want to say thank you so much for being a great customer it was a pleasure working with you and on the car. Your a top man, hope to see you at some shows next year!
Thanks everyone for following the thread.
