i got the arches off ebay 
havent updated this in a while as i was just driving it about and not really doing anything to it, but the other day it had a little bump on the drivers corner
managed to bend the outer and inner wing and put a big dent in the front pannel, so bought a new bonnet, front pannel and both wings and have started to strip it down.
intend to put the 1600 engine in it and it will need the front end respraying, but as the inner wing needs doing to il spray the engine bay so i could probably manage a colour change. was thinking maybe white

could u please tell me where u get all the partsfrom foru fiesta, i struggled to find sum where to get bushes so fook know show im gonna find body panels and springs like u have. HELP

stop being so thick and go to school or learn to use a computer its so easy to find bits.
as for the respray i think im going to go with diamond white with gloss black wheels,mirrors etc, no front grill, mk1 golf lights, xr2 kit, front mount oil cooler with a large alloy rad on the front.
i want an XR2 rear spoiler and some 175 50s but have spent enough on it this month already lol

its an L so its group 3 or 4
on my own it would be 2000, with two additional drivers 1400 fully comp
if my dad insures it who is 50 and never made a claim its 85 quid a year fully comp
if my mum insured it and i was put on it additionally it would be 650 a year

lol. turns out it was to fall victim to the ice
and to add i found out what was wrong with the engine.. sorta
shell no'2 had something wrong with it, when you tightened it down it locked up
so took the crank out again and it dropped out, never got to see what was wrong, but put it back on and rebuilt turns over in your fingers now its lovely

i forgot about this thread.
the cars a bare shell and has been for about a year now
i regret to say its been pushed aside in aid of other projects, though every nut and bolt for the car is new and 99% of components have been restored though. it will be good when done!
