Harley P - lol it sounded amazing but unfortunately iv had to change my back box Its now got a sierra cosworth back box as the old one was restrictive and wouldnt let it rev out properly. Bit gutted really as the old one sounded really rippy!!
Thanks for your comments I love it too lol
Thanks Doctor Stavros and Cochyn!
ph2003 - sorry no pics of the mounts as you can see on the following picture you cant see the mounts.
It uses standard gear box mounts and its had an inner wing mount fabricated and just used an rs turbo engine mount.
Thanks
Jeni

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
Looks awesome.
I'm just collecting all the bits to do a conversion like this on a mk4 fiesta. I know at the start of the thread you put the uprated spec of engine.....but what basic parts is the engine made from? i.e. what car was the engine from? What sump is on there now? etc etc.
Only reason i ask is that i want to use an uprated puma gearbox, but all of the 2.0 zetecs i look at don't have room to squeeze the starter at the front like yours does.
Thanks alot,
Matt

We have used the diesel endura box because it is the only that mounts up the same as the puma box but has the starter at the front.

Glad this is on here. Saw the feature and straightaway thought it was the best feature car I've seen in a long time.
Usually I see a car that I really like apart from one tiny little detail that lets it down, but this really is perfect. Can't pick out anything that lets it down.

Sorry to go on about engine mounts, but am i right in thinking from what you've said, that the mount circled in red below is the engine mount you've fabricated, and thats the only mount on that side of the engine. Other than that you're using the standard gearbox mount and stabiliser mount?
Thanks for your help

Churtz...
Yes that mount is the only one ive made it uses the standard mounting points elsewhere, although we have just upgraded to vibratechnics as the engine was moving about a lot.
Graham...
Thanks mate its takn a lot to make it work and have to keep messing as things always go wrong lol.
Not had it on the rollers yet, pod next month then time for the rollers.
I forgot how much room there was with the zvh in it, the zetec is a right squeeze, i had to take the engine and box out last week just to change the waterpump!

Do you run with the Fiesta Turbo inlet and exhaust manifolds and Megasquirt ECU?
