comes withy all the extras leccy windows,boot,custom colour,PAS,twin airbags, u no the shit u dont rele need lol



nice and clean actually 58k 2 ladyowners from new full service n mot history, tax had just run out when i bought her tho no biggy wak it on me nan and grandads drive for a while put my ripspeed alloys on i had layin around lol steelies were terribleto drive on, o btw forgot to mention the clutch is going due to it having 2 lady owners....so il be gettin that replaced at some point

 

so any way gettin on with doing some work to it, i went and bought this off a mate for a tenner


its a front bumper off of the si and its not in to bad nick fora tenner so i got a prie quote on gettin it colour coded with my car and they sed 85 quid which aint too bad but i work at mcds andav dun a bit of rattle canning by now so thought i culd do better meself
so i started woking on it in me mates garage cheers kc me an him gt some colour coded paint made up for me bumpr n mirrors an his spoiler and mirrors for his nova, im sure ul see it in a few piccies if ur interested.

so yea started the long and drainin process of preppin the bastard













those stages went quite smoothly u might of wondered why i done it in sections it was coz those were the places with the moajority of the damage, neway got the wole thing done in the end

 

so yea on me paycheck yesterday went and got some colour coded paint and laquer and got some fillar pima coz i got a run yesterday and it pissed me off lol started colour coding it and this all went nice aswell







came out pretty good i thought especialy seeing as everyone sais dont rattle can an body work
came out so good actually i decided to colour code me dtm wingmirrors aswell

so went on too fit it straight after coz itd taken me like 4 hours to spray the bumper lol and i think it was 4hours good work

yea we were both happy with the outcomes prooves rattle cans aint too bad if u got a light finger and loads of time
and the missus has gone away for the weekend so i got time to play

 

got a set of hid bulbs coming from egay now for 7.49 for the set

just bought a 3 inche outwardly rolled scorpion backbox rrp 200 quid tenner off me mate guna go to faversham tonight to pick it up will post pics later

 

fair play mate she gonna look mint when shes done. im currently doing a escort rs turbo re shell wish mine was as easy to get the bargains for!

 

right i actually pulledme thumb out a little bit this weekend and got a few more things done, got the exhaust on properly at last fuckin thing it is made for my car but the pipe out of the backbox was too large in diameter to fit the standard pipe so we tried clamping it down and the clamp was to big, so then we went and go a smaller camp but due to me being young and stupid and too much muscle lol we done that up too tight and snapped the clampso i ended up gettin some gumgun heatwrap metal stuff and wrapped the standard pipe with that then put the new 1 over that and clamped it up tight and it doesnt blow and more anyway heres some pics








also if any of you noticed i tinted my rear indicator strip withsome tinting spray and i thougt it looked pretty good and de-badged it carefully too so the rear isnt looking to shabby atm but needs the si rear bumper
and yea i know i need to wash my car...

but another thing has arise at te moment where i have my big balloon tires on the wheels and i had a ful car th other day i hit the arch whilst going a wee bit too fast dwn a country road and a pothole got in my way

this therefore tore the paint off of the arch where a small patch of rust had been treated...



id just like to add this patch is only about 1cm long if that but i will be having to do this soon now

 

oh and after fitting my frnt bumper after spraying etc. i went for a drive and lost the drivers foglight ring so if anyone has one i could buy or knows anywhere that would sell them id be much appreciative

 

il have some pics up later when i get my other phone back of sprayin the lights, and iv also sprayed my gay grey dash now ill post these pics up again whn i get my other phone

anyway, got some pics of painting my brakes... decided to go with black drums to look smooth ad not chavvy lol and green calipers..

and then got them piccies of when i sprayed my dash with vinyl paint and painted the vents with car paint n lacquer came up good

u know where the rev counter fed comes from then?

 

yea i had a lok at the wiring behind the clocks and its got the wire fr the rev counter so im hoping itl just be a smple swap over

 

Change them wheel nuts for specific alloy ones as they might pull though, scrap yards will have loads of them.

Also try and use less of the txt speak as this pisses alot of people off when it takes more time to read your thread.

well i havnt updated this in quite a while the car has come along way since i last updated, thank god.

so after about another 1000 miles of driving on a no clutch i decided to treat it to a new one
with that bought i whacked the car on axle stands and changed it on me girlfriends drive not bad onli took me 3 hours, seeing as it was the first time id changed a clutch i ddnt think it took me too long.
now onto some proper updates

 

well i took a trip down to brighton to meet someone off of ebay to buy these

the bloke was a great bloke helped me with directions when i was lost lol, onli cost me a quid off of ebay

my missus had bought me a set of custom moulded plastic sideskirts made for me car for me birthday too so i set away and painting all of this
and here we are finished with them...


my sister started moaning about me robbing her spare alloys off her xr2i so i had to give them back BUT my mate was just about to scrap his mk3 fiesta and it had these on there...

diddnt cost me a penny either due to the tyres were practically slicks lol
so i swapped them for a set of steels so he culd still scrap his and we were both happy

so i set about refurbing them


and yes i know before anyone sais i shoulda masked up the tyres but i couldnt be assed as i had to change every tyre anyway seemed pretty pointless to me,

oh and iirc i said it get some photos of my interior



so i finally slapped on the wheels and i think they look awesome



so heres how she stands atm
