mixture of both pattern and genuine, however didnt have much trouble fitting, the only one was the offside outersill which i struggled to match up the bottom edge with the coresponding edge of the inner sill. In the end I used a trolley jack to jack it in position and then spot welded it.

no rust now mate ...........

nice to hear that fella, first time I ever attempted anything on this scale, wife says its my second childhood , but to be honest I've not found anything really difficult, even the welding, its been 25 years since I did that, but it soon kicks in, and if you make a mess, rip it out and do it again.
