Little update here. Engine is out again as I think big end bearing has gone, but that'll be sorted over the winter plus some other goodies that are in the pipeline.

Thanks for your nice comments guys!

Been a bit lazy over the winter since it turned out not only the shell on the 4th cylinder was worn, also the crank has marks. First plans were to rebuild the engine, but I managed to get hold of a nice 4WD Saph engine with a pretty nice spec from UK!
Its on the way over the channel atm, plus a lot of nice goodies from the Woodford Garage guys. So I hope to get everything bolted together withing the next 2 month.
Spec is not going to be that wild. L8, Siemens 55s, T35.63, WRC gasket and some parts to keep everything nice and reliable.

Until the parts arrive I am just trying sort out the mess in my garage.

Robbed all the bits from the old engine that I still need:

All parts I need stored:

Also cleaned the sump so I can send it to UK for big wing & baffle conversion:

Hey Stian, there's been barely any progress here as I couldnt decide what to do with it and got a bit bored. Havent been as busy as you!

I already cleaned them, which makes a big difference, but for the new engine theres some adjustable ones on the cards anyway.
