Super beefy
Well done Gaz, cracking job
Now lets really test your skills and see if you can get as good a finish on my tin
Beefy - now the hardest part is not scratching it whilst building it back up which i think is impossible lol, im glad i can take my whole front end off and put it out the way when i build mine up
Well done Gaz, cracking job

Look's lovely Beefy
I know Gaz must know what he's on about but i was under the impression that there could be a difference in the shade of the paint if parts were painted at different times
How's the Little Lady doing? Anne Marie and you enjoying your bundle of joy?

and think it just boils down to paitence .. taking our time not rushing ect
im not going to put the engine in till all the ancillarys in the bay are fitted and planned out , then the motor / box will be put in from underneath as one complete unit ....
fortunately ive a few good mate on hand to steady everything that day lol !!

basically i think it boils down to the application of the paint mate , i.e , gun pressures , amount of coats , booth temp ect ,
gaz basically replicates the same process for painting everything ..
i have the upmost confidence in the paint matching !
if not ill be giving him a big 360 roundhouse kick - ninja turtle styleeeeeeeeeeee

Paint work looks amazing fella, 1 thing i have just notice though is you have gone for a standard bonnet i.e no vents im sure you have thought about it but wont this hinder under bonnet temps
is their a reason for this other than keeping the look standard?
cheers jay

thanks for the comments guys ,
tbh mate , ive seen other cossied mk 3s run without vented bonnets even wennys with circa 650 hp dosent run a vented bonnet ,
i did have a naca style duct in mind but finding on in the right size has been difficult
but if i do it may get fitted down the line ,
spoke to gaz just now car will be all done and dusted friday and ready for collection , hes just finished painting the kit
plan is to go up fri morn with k and refit all the panels and kit and then have it collected friday afternoon with a bit of luck !!
pics later if gaz sends them
