geoff b4 u ask its not for sale , it aint "your colour " lol
am i happy , fucking exctactic tbh the projects moved on soo much in basically 24hrs work ,
the car WILL be polaris , no two ways about it ,
the floor fits amazingly well, just need to get its location finalised regards front to back and then it can be put in permanantly ,
as this is the only real area were uncertain of , im going to investigate this avenue before committing to welding it in ,
apart from that its full steam ahead , doing what im capeable of and lads jumping in as n when ,
theres a few days on the floor before it goes bk in , want to fill all the bay holes clean and prep the underside ect ect ,

ok well its not really an update as such , karl finished the welding on the topside of the floor, it will be flipped , cleaned n welded ect ect
been speaking to a really gud mate andy aka northernbloke as hes been a little pissed off of late with his v8 escos ,
so we were having a bit of a natter and hes let on he was thinking of selling his wheels ,

the figure will be undisclosed , but lets say they cost less than Ł501 quid lol

the fronts are a monsterous 8.5 inch wide ,and may require some modding of the inner arches ,
the rears however a a lil wider

looks mint beefy, would it not of been better to keep the full sierra inner wing and do away with the escort one complete, thats how mine is with the tops trimmed to take the escort wing, to late now but i can see it being a cracking job

ok folks , i have to come clean i havent actually bought the rims , although they have grown on me since the piccy ,
i wouldnt like to guess the greif on fitting them , coupled with the fact andy would never part with them ,
and i reckon im about 2 k short on the 500 i offerd lol ,
but thanks to andy for letting me offer them up , and the link for some similar ones in 18s

yeah there obviously eaiser ways to do the conversion , but were trying to retian a factory look to the shell , thus keeping the welding to a minimum and same with the sealer ,
think tomorrow sees pe popping to kneresbrough to help cragrat get his 3 door in the air to strip out the underside
