little update, nothing much just rear wheel bearings and hubs fitted, and to show how i did them without a press lol
the new bearings

hubs with old bearing in

old bearings removed

new shim ready to fit into place

using old shim on top to tap down until new shim goes in evenly

can see the gap, this is where a press machine comes in handy

so , i had a spare front diff flange and the old shim fits prefectly over it

everything in vice

and new shim is pressed in

wheel bearing in, but packed with grease to get it round all roller bearings first then slotted in

dust seal

tapped in using old shim again

drive flange all cleaned up after getting the baked on grease off from being heated up from powdercoaters and fitted

repeat for other hub and loosely fitted to arms as im waiting on shims

little update, ive been waiting a while for my diff mount to turn up and when it did it didnt lol
postman had signed it and it never got delivered
this was a epcial delivery item, this is whats been holding me up as it had my shims aswell lol
but it finally turned up saturday with a sticker on it saying delivered in error to somewhere else so all is good
so alls ive done is got my diff mount on with the new plate monster made for me as you will see in the pics how close the roll bar is and fitted the hubs and some new clips
diff mount all fitted

how close things are

rear shims

few bolts for shit guards for the front, abs sensor clips, hub nuts and abss sensors bolts

abs sensor clips fitted, so much better than the old ones which are always loose lol

shims fitted and hubs on

and abs bolts fitted in place, just need sensors

so to finish the back end i need sensors, discs and calipers and a handbrake cable now
but again things have come to a stop as im moving in the next couple of weeks so getting the new place sorted first
though i may get some things ordered aswell will have to wait and see
