i personally prefer the spoiler with the black lip. also that part isnt fully painted white (some black showing along the back) as i knew it wolud be getting done black. eventually i hope to get a carbon fibre spoiler & paint it white but leaveing the black part in bare carbon.

seats look blinding mate, like brand new! phil at carbon delight will be making fibre glass spoilers with a carbon lip so they can be painted and the back section carbon like you said you wanted to do, would be cheaper than a full carbon one,
keep up the good work mate, car will look lovely when finished

done a bit of work latley. with alot of help from my mate tony the engine's now built & almost ready to be fitted in a couple of days. also had some parts powder coated in chrome powdercoat. its not as shiny as polished alloy but should be a hell of alot easyer to keep clean. should be just a case of wipeing it over with a wet sponge. anyway, here's the pics
also had the small turbo escos inlet powder coated to match everything else. its a slightly different blue as they no longer do the blue i had everything else done but its not too noticeable
im pretty happy with the results so far & hopefully there'll be another update in the next few days

the powdercoating was done by http://www.aerocoat.net/ & they charged £120 for the chrome & the blue plenum chamber which i thought was pretty reasonable. they also do a black chrome which is pretty cool

Just spent about half hour of my life reading the whole thread so u better not give up or it'll have been waste of my time to lol!!!!
Hats off to u mate, doing it all yourself and having the balls to pint it yourself etc, especially in a single garage. Car looks absolutely superb and is a credit to the hours you've put in. Loving even the little details like putting sillicon hose over the brake lines etc. Chrome powdercoat looks awesome, cant wait to see this car finishing.
Well done, Mike
