Head gasket, car was using a lot of water. I got the car bought for me, so i didnt look at it before i got it. I dont regret having it, as the bodywork and interior are superb, he just didnt know what he was doing with it, as its very obvious that the car has been running lean for too long, he was even told that when he did a RR day and it made 370bhp. Its on greens which cannot cope with that! It was adjusted to 300bhp, but i feel the damage may have been done or certainly on its way.

UPDATE: car went for its MOt and did fail............... on the ABS!! Every part of the resto work, was spot on! I am pleased with that! So, promptly taken all of the ABS off, re-piped it and my god is the pedal and feel of the brakes 110% better! (rear load compensators still there though to stop it swapping ends!) So, just going back to get my certificate!

Looks cool... one thing I will say though is the position of the thermocouple in the exhaust isn't really going to tell you anything of use.. you need it immediately after the turbine or before it to be useful
