T25 - T34 Ecos
I have been slowly collecting bits to convert my ecos from small turbo to t34 sierra cosworth. So this last week have been doin the work. Also while doing the conversion a few other bits and pieces have been changed and uprated and de-rusted
Here is a few piccies of the work done, as to date all i need is some new plugs and crank sensor and good setup.
List of the work as follows -
Group A 'cometic' head gasket
Group A coil
Group A K+N air filter
New valve stem seals
Polsihed and ported head
Polished inlet trumpets
Green 803's
Walbro uprated intake pump
2wd fuel rail
Swirl pot
Bailey breather system with black samcos
New water pump
Modified plug leads
Saph ecu and chip
Complete new engine loom in black braid
Collins engine mounts
Vibra-techniks gearbox mount
All sensor brkts etc modified or changed to webber marrelli

So far has taken me 8 solid days from strip to rebuild. As said above a few minor things to complete but will be happy next weekend when its complete and back on the road. Was hoping for today but in the end not meant to be. Hope fully be mint next weekend and i will be smiling

Big thanx to Mike for helping me out all the time and my old man for polishing and ported the head while i was doing the other bits. Wish i was'nt at work this week too so i could get it finished.
Soon be saturday
Steve
