What size wheels is he running? 8k in sixth on an F28 should be 200-ish IIRC

I heard Danny was 8k plus at 181mph but maybe you can confirm that.

I've not looked into the gearing, I don't doubt for a second that it will reach the limiter in 6th but if the gearing is that tall then maybe not at Brunters (or with me in the car)

The car is on 15" wheels and can run wider than 10" rims on the front if he chose to

I have got a thing that will do all the workings out but its on one of my other computers.

Deffo seem to remember 1000rpm = 25mph in top gear, or thereabouts.

I would say he might of been 7400-7500 for 181, but I could be wrong!

I have no idea mate, I just remember hearing he was revving to about 8500 at the end of the runway, it would be interesting to see what the boxes can do at those sort of revs on 15's.

Danny deffo had some rev's left on the 181mph run, but remember he did have the bigger wheels on, i think your about right on the RPMs.

NO updates due to someone taking their time in posting something back to him

Looms done thanks to Ryan, pics to follow.

Gavs been giving the workshop a lick of paint and fitted some heaters whilst he's waiting on parts but the plan is to crack on with it asap.

Regarding the gearing I really can't comment as I've not looked into it, it'll do what it does or whatever he feels is enough, its certainly going to have no issues pulling big revs in 6th, its probably more down to how it feels at 180mph as I can only imagine its going to feel very light

= 203mph according to Stuarts calculator


same but 7100rpm

It would fly up to 180 I would say.... and beyond!

Good idea with the heaters in the garage, nothing worse than trying to crack on in sub zero temps!!

Personally i don't think this will do a top speed like the tigra's. There a lot more aerodynamic, which is the main factor when it comes to top speed.

Personally with that turbo I can't see aerodynamics coming into play till past 180mph as at 7100prm the power will be ridiculous, don't forget there is still a few hundred hp gains to be made on top of the engine power with the nitrous if it works as planned.

The car was never completed, the parts were sold on and he built another Corsa then got into the jap scene and has a R32 to skid and a Range Rover Sport to be a pimp in lol
