will do matey!

smithy20vt - we paid £700 for it but seem to be fetching around £12-£1500 up over from what weve actually seen.

well we have just got a GTE back bumper, so thats getting prepped and painted in the next few days or so, decided to leave it as a GTE, too much work to change it to a mk2 and unneccessary expense.

Need the GTE boot vinyl or a bootlid in white if anyone knows of one cheap

not sure mate tbh

a few pics of tonights work, we removed rear seat belts and under the back seat sound deadening, which has lost 5kgs. unfortunately forgot to take pics of the interior before we started stripping, blow torch managed to get it off pretty quick

Also removed back seat so will weigh that tomorrow, next job is to get some polycarbonate sheeting and get the rear windows done

a few progress pics....

now need to crack on and get C pillar done as it looks dreadful

Been busy the past week or so, not got much done, but tonight fitted the newly painted rear bumper, it was only an aerosol job but it looks a lot better than the odd bumper look imo!

rest of car needs a good wash, its filthy!

The steelies that are on it i think look better than the cav slabs, it definitely suits black wheels, but Lee aint so keen, will have to see in a week or so, need to get tyres changed over as 205's are catching

Next job is to make sure its running spot on and then we are done, dont think we will have chance to get polycarbonate windows in, got 3 weekends til croft and only 1 free!

make sure you remove the front ARB and fit some lowering Tie Rod brackets makes them handle far better and also allows adjustment of the castor which will make them handle far better once adjusted towards the front, another sensible mod is fit a uprated rear engine rubber mount otherwise when driving the car hard it jumps outta gear

thanks for that, we dont have much free time to get stuff done atm, its only being used once for croft then being sold so will see what we can do
