nicorsts1, doesnt look half bad! what bits are needing welded?
Wee update,
Me and Dave done a bit more tonight,
David finnished welding the rear arch, it is now complete and I can get on with cleaning it up and stonechipping it (tomorow nights task)
I seam sealered a few patches and the front pass side floor pan
placed on scuttle panel and drivers side wing, just to tease myself
David also started making a plate up for the inner rear valance and swadged the outer valance for the new panel, fair bit done in the short time we had!
heres the pics (doh none of the arch!)
How the car sits at the mo, nice an high so I can get in about the arch (and eventually the underside)
Pass side arch stone chipped, left a patch as that still needs sorted)
Rear valance begining to get repaired
well pleased it's coming together

Rab, yea he's handy with a mig, I hope ure not implying my cars 'shit' I was going to txt you but if he had an exscuse to not do anything, then i'd still be rear archless I was gonna give you a ring tonight as I was heading up to clean my rear arches but my battery died on my phone, and the gate was locked so couldnt phone the guy to open them either 
Spammage, the bits left to do are as follows
small hole in bulkhead next to battery tray
small hole on bulkhead next to where the brake servo bolts too
patch on inner wing pass side
small repair on drivers side floor pan
rear valance drivers side inner and outer (doing at the mo)
2 A pillar repairs
Rear valance needs a small repair at the rear
de-lock boot
wings and skuttle panel
and I think thats it!! :O

I've gotta save some monies to sort me onion out the front panel needs repairing/replacing as do the wings, batt tray and rear valance n/s & o/s
just to get her back on the road (sighs) i miss her boo hoo!!! but hoping to get that sorted in the next month or so as well as a zetec conversion

Rightyho, been a wee bit busy...
done some grindin here an their, cleaned the rear drivers side arch and put on the first layer of stonechip!
Then decided it was time to get the whole back end in the air so the rear underside could be cleaned up and stonechipped!
What a ball ache with a crap jack and lots of spare wheels to prob it up on made a brilliant see-saw tho!
The job ahead!

Spammage, basically a grinder with a wire wheel/wire brush and petrol/rags!!

Ah cool cool thats what i was planning with mine not that theres much else that can be relatively low budget but as before looking good especi with that stone chip!!!!
