Aye the interior is not bad steve, no holes etc and fairly clean, ive never had the seats cleaned since ive had the car but going to give them a good sctub once i've got it out and about!
Today I got an intercooler, and 3" boost pipe/throtle to meet up with an inlet manifold i'm thinking of using!
Cooler should fit nicely, just need to make up some brackets and cut the back of the grill unfortunately. will see how much room I have though once fan and rad are in.

Steve, It's possible it might be done for then....
still got to do:
Brake/fuel lines
paint fuel tank
mount 044 pump on something!![Surprised](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/bigcry.gif)
mount intercooler and weld on a bend depending on where turbo sits
make exhaust manifold
make wiring loom for ECU
brackets for fuel rail/buy injectors/MAP sensor etc
fit bodykit
make downpipe
get cylinder head overhauled/fit to block
get ARP big end bolts
make ZVH water pump conversion plate
Im sure there is another list equally as long of bits i've forgot I need to do!
If I put in the hours it shouldnt be a problem as none of that is hard to do really, BUT commiting myself after work most nights is the issue![Surprised](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/bigcry.gif)
We shall see but dont hold me to anything!

You still working on this old shagger!!!
Only kidding mate looks superb, you know I love them! and well done on all the work you put in.
What's your plan with cooler/fans/radiator?
I had almighty hassle with cooling using the typical 2x10 inch spals blowing through cooler then radiator.
Got any bay pics showing your cooler mount area?
Pete

Steve, Its been too cold to do much
I've just been down today and done the front brake lines and part of the rear, came home early tho hands are numb lol
cheers Lee/Cos
Hev, yes clears are on it just now, but was thinking orange in the future, you know how the saying goes....futures bright....etc![Big Grin](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif)
Andy, cheers, I could do with the enthusiasm lol!
Pete, hows things? I've got a cooler off a 200SX that apparently works really well, standard rad for the minute, I'm going to put the turbo over the gearbox to keep as much heat away from rad as possible as I reckon thats the problem RST's have with cooling when the turbo sits so close to the rad, especially when running more boost/bigger turbo!
was going to stick one 10 or 12" fan infront of the cooler and see how I got on with that so I can keep the rad and cooler as close together as possible so air wont escape before it gets to the rad.
only pic i've got is of the cooler sitting in place, and the rad behind it which you cant see, fits in nicely, rad needs couple of spacers made as it sits out about an inch from original mounts on slam panel.
Just need to get a fan before I mount anything up properly on that side of things.

AFAIK the std rst rad isn't too shabby at the job its there for, i don't think there are massive gains to be had from the majority of aftermarket items, well except from capacity.
When i spoke to Alan about the cooling his suggestion was to mount the fans between the rad and cooler, like the pro alloy s2 setup. that way there's no deviation through the cooler. Was a bit of a coont on mine though because the turbo was still of the block so to speak but you should have a good bit space to play with.
Think i might have a new low cut thermostat here somewhere if you need one, dont think I've got anything else lying about though.

Pete, I thought about that, but then flowing air would be able to escape around the rad rather than being pushed through it with nowhere else to go, guess i'll just need to see what setup works best!
maybe cossie 2wd fans from the back, assuming they'd fit as they work well.
I'll keep the thermos in mind thanks![Top](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/smile011.gif)
Hmmmm, anyone got some nice orange ones f/s?![Surprised](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/bigcry.gif)

Aye I wish I could afford a space heater Steve lol
I'm pondering on wether to use standard frst inlet manifold and ERST exhaust manifold/ and something like a GRS intercooler now just to get it on the damn road, the thought of making inlet/exh manifold and making intercooler fit etc isnt so appealing atm
