The throttle bodies are different. MFI was bolted onto the inlet with three screws, and the RST one with four. You can use a RSi inlet (won't work with RHD brake setup) or the standard MFI with a 90 hp n/a K-Jet throttle body (this engine type wasn't sold in UK) or you make an adaptor plate for your inlet.

you can get an adapter plate, which is what I am doing.
I am using one for a cosworth conversion. Should not produce any real noticeable gains I think. does look a bit better I think.
You get over the brake servo by running the pipe round it.
