where did you chop it off then? ive had it chopped off after the vacuum pipes. servos and master has gone from there now, made new lines back to old set up using a master direct of the pedal today so brakes should hopefully work again

just started the car up, started quickly thankfully , it felt great knowing a big part of the grief of the car is over (i think, the map need a little adjustment) but fingers crossed all seems well. should have my bucket seats here by the weekend so can fit them

its up and running again, only bloody problem is its running on 2 cylinders, ive just taken the injectors out for a clean as i have a pulse up to the injectors, with 12v straight to them they open/close so ar working, i have compression, a spark etc. ive now think its limited to the injectors 2/3 clogged up so have just cleaned them and hopefully will all be good 2moro, i seriously would like it problem free now lol.

would just like it to run properly, il refit the injectors 2moro and hopefully it will be running on all 4 cylinders. I need to stop being lazy and work on it 2moro, fit the bucket seats and harnesses and give the interior a good clean

took the car for a test drive today after some much appreciated help from gup, curing my miss fire problem, drove fine thankfully, brakes could do with another bleed and map checking over but all in all im happy happy happy!!!!! lol. Il try and get some new pics up soon of the changes etc

just need to find myself a biss to weld in me downpipe for me EGT sensor and refit the exhaust and alternator which i hope to do monday ready for chip to have a good checkover it before getting some running in miles on and m.o.t, changed the rear calipers today and bled the brakes again. all seems good but will know once its set up better and driving

took it out with chip last night for a little bit of mapping to get it running better as the base map just werent what i asked for , i told emerald i have 340cc injectors they write 200cc on map etc , chip worked his magic for a while then as soon as we went to leave the car park and take til the road the alternator or battery packs up, battery brand new and alternator recon fresh on the same day , but its looking closer to running smoothly , cheers chip

will do later, going to go and buy some new nuts and bolts for stuff in a minute for it, need a nut so i can machine a boss up for me egt sensor as i cant find one and a screw for me idle stop on the throttle body

cheers mate, i was having trouble with it over heating after around 45mins? just taken the thermostat out and will see how it is later, would love to have it on show though
