My Focus RS ( cat D )
this is our smashed up focus RS!
its done 21k, and is std apart from a gen2 K&N. and its gonna stay that way too! its being jigged as we speak as the pass leg is back 10mm.
after a month of looking i located a complete front end and airbags, i have had to have the alloys straightened as they was fooked, but at the mo it dont owe us a lot! lol
comments welcome!

it will owe me 11.5 k done. Bits are hard to come by second hand! Was lucky to get a complet front. But that was dear too. Hey ho . Reckon i will put it up for 12.5 k, and take a bid. This aint a for sale post by the way, and it won't be for sale on here either! Lol.

Got to agree mate and reckon about 9k would be the value of this one seeing as its on the register, prices seem to be dropping a bit on these now and seen quite a few around the 10k mark recently, good luck all the same with the sale though and keep the pics and updates coming.

and looking in to having removed from the list
I'm surprised it's a cat D if it needed jigging, I thought D was reserved for light damage.

I think you can have it removed from the list as long as the previous owner got paid out and you also take it for a SVA test and some other kind of test.. A lad in our village got a car taken off a Q plate this way..
Good work by the way...
An easy way to get a cheap, expensive car if you are going to keep it for a while!!

Wrong it's impossible to have a vehicle removed from the list that
is a Cat A,B,C,D or X
However Q plates are different as they may not be a total loss
just a car with no ID

Its not possible to have a car taken of a Q ,, so your mate must have just ringed it
As for the focus ,, I bet you wont get anywhere near 10k for it
and if you have it removed from the list it will still say condition inspected , so still on the list realy
As for breaking it
