Having admired the quality of workmanship that goes on in some these threads i thought i would start one off of my own.

The story starts about 3 years ago when one winters day i decided to take the car off the road. Still with about 4 months tax and 4 months MoT left.
This is what she looked like then:

So wheeled her into the garage and stripped her of the interior and body kit. Which reveled this:

Driverside sill

Drivers rear arch

Pass side rear corner

Pass side arch

Not very good i was shocked but not supprised tbh. So me and my mate got stuck into things but not for long as he went off to Iraq for 12 months and as he owned the welding gear fook all got done. He also decided to go off travelling for 12 months when he got back as well.

So fast forward best part of 3 years, we finally manage to get time togther and get some work done.

Here is the welding on the passenger side arch

And now for my bits of welding
Drivers sill

The piece of rust claiming to be the old sill

And the rear arch as it stands now

And the rot cut out

Also put my spraying skills into practise and did the front slam panel

Was working in the car last nite romoving the ARB and oops snapped the mounting bolt

Well thats all for now.
