small update iv go the new rocker cover on the car now as iv put a wast spark setup on the car a BIG thanks to MSD . i will put some more photos of wot i had to do to put it all away were i wonted it but for now just 2 photos hope you like it

 

Time for a small up date . i got my pipe back from the welders yesterday so me and rex had a bit of time last night so we got it all put on the car and working .





And all so this weekend end my work mate bort this from the office for my for my big wing sump im going to make . and a big thanks to ( Touring Cars Spares ) for sorting it for me thanks .





And this is the sump i had off ( RSTINGLE ) to make the new sump thanks mate

we were in there last night mate as in the day im still doing my sister in laws kitchen but on the good side it will be done for xmass

this hole you can see is were the HT leads now come out



all in and working just needed to put some bits of plastic back on but you can see were the leasd go under the cover now

 

spot on that mate are you painting the cover ?

 

the rocker cover on the car is my new one which iv moded so the leads will go under the cover which will be staying as it is for the mo the car dose seam to drive better as well and smoother

thanks mate iv been on here to night and ordered some more new parts of 34CHASSIS so in the next week or so a lot is going to go on under the bonnet

 

as of late the car has seamed to take a long time to get warm and i sore a post that GAV put up so i thort i would have a look at it on my car and gess wot

Think thats more than just coincidence, i have a brand new ford thermostat and i did think that the rubber seal was a little small that it sit on.

 

Right its update time iv been chatting with 34CHASSIS on here and had some more parts of him and i still have some more parts to come from him

Right as you can see in the photo iv had a bottom crank pulley of him and a fuel rail as the part that is coming next week is a swedish plenum





And as you can see the crank pulley 34CHASSIS dose is done in a way to let you take it of if you ever upgrade your ECU and need to put the tuthed tipe on it which he can make them to . SORRY FOR THE SHIT PHOTO,S



At the same time i have had to take the intercooler of the car to do a mod to it









This photo shows just how long the tube that gose to the throttle bodie so thats had to be cut back as when the swedish plenum gose on i will need all the room i can get my hands on





as iv all so got to get this back on

 

Small update, turned up to Coley's tonight for a beer an he'd been busy. Swedish plenum had arrived the day previous....





Didn't take long for him to put it on though, along with the engraved fuel rail and the throttle cable hangar as seen in the next few pictures.....















Now he needs to sort out extending a bit of the loom to the throttle position sensor and the idol control valve and reconfigure how the tile dump valve can be repositioned.
Big thanks to Gav Diamond for lending a mock up pipe so Coley can get a rough idea on how to get the swedish plenum piped up
