looks very good mate but word of advice since the doors have just been apinted and polished i would "mop" the rest of the car or at least the wings and rear quaters to blend them in
not putting a downer on your work as it is amazing just that dose look really noticable to a painter

Thanks for all the comments
Had a few other ideas in my mind for a while ,started to source some bits for these to happen, first mod is staying with the flush theme i want to change the number plate light ,i am going to use vw polo ones as these sit flat in the bumper ,will involve cutting the vw bumper into the escort one .
Perfect for my needs, one end missing cost me Ł5
The bumper to be modified cost me Ł10
Ok the next mod is a 3rd brake light in the boot lid ,going to use a bmw e36 convertable one, cut into the escort boot lid ,light will be red so it will blend in nicely.
Tracked down a mint boot for Ł20
Still to source a bm boot lid ,layed out with tape where the light will be cut in .
Boot will still be delocked and dewipered,
Let me know what you think, mods will still have the "factory" look.

Dave, you have an endless amount of quality workmanship and ideas
With regards to the number plate light, great idea, but......................is there anyway of making the light it self more flush with the bumper? If you were to run your hand along the bumper so there wouldnt be an indent, just smooth (if that makes sense)
And the light in the bumper............nice idea but maybe a bit chavy looking But you might prove us wrong
Anyway, keep up the great work and keep the updates and piccys coming
