To K3V HA . I cant actually remember mate i think they are german the difference is that they are silver around the edges ,i have had them about 8 years they were the only ones made at that time, then the market was flooded with the cheaper ones they may be by ULTRA design but not 100% on that ,failing finding any paint your ones inside the edges silver and cut out the orange parts and rebond them ,thats wot my mate did.

dan , the bonnet is carbon mate. the reason behind the graphics is when it was delivered it was damaged i could not get no sense out of the supplier so deceided to repair it myself the 2 back corners were smashed and the bonnet badge had not been filled (the one job i had asked to be done) . i know its not to everyones taste but you cant please em all

BIG UPDATE 18 OCT 04
About 4 months ago i carried out an underbody resto on my car due to it needing 2 new chassis rails , my friend welded in the rails and i carried out the rest of the work with my brother and occasional help off a mate. (he made the tea etc lol). The interior was stripped out at home then driven over to my mates garage where we stripped the rest.
The compensators wont be going back on ,instead there will be inline ford valves(less clutter)
Old fuel lines and brake lines off
Now all the under side was stripped it was a case of cleaning it all up so the new rails could go on, and sending all the bits off to be shot blasted and powder coated
Also we decided to cut out the rear arches as rubbing was a problem the rear arch skirts were also cut and are to be bonded on no rivets.
This was a bit worring one slip would have been costly.
Chassis rails on and all underbody stone chip guarded
Bring on the paint, found smoothrite gloss red to be a perfect match for rosso red, 9 hours of painting and 3 coats here is the result.
By this time the other items had been collected from powder coating, i also had all my new bits from fords , and poly bushes, also sourced all new suspension nuts and bolts in stainless steel.
Freshly powder coated tank
tank and roll bar fitted.
Fuel lines on.
Well chuffed when i saw this lot, i had the springs done in a candy purple!!!
The exhaust saw the electric buffer wheel for a few hours and then a few tubes of autosol.
Taking shape now.
Valves are going in here where the pipes join , dont worry the pipes have been painted i was just test fitting.
Sorry about the quality of the pics as i did not have a digi cam then so i have taken pictures of the pictures.
Exhaust back on.
Interior going back in
Fitting the boot area back together.
Thats about all i have at the mo , basically the car is done underneath up to the bulkhead over this winter all the front end will come off to receive the same treatment,i have waiting new poly bushes, all new gaitor kits, splashguards, washers bolts etc.Hope you enjoyed it by the way this was all completed in THREE WEEKS!!!
I will get some more piccys up soon .
