Dave, good progress on the engine removal, you have been busy. Do you have any plans to upgrade you rad? Lots of suspension parts needing the bufty treatment there, wont be much left to do after this lot!
Your front arches and inner wings look good. I checked one of mine yesterday, which was much the same to my suprise
Looks like you have lots more custom mods to carry out, your bay will be perfect when finished, nice and smooth and subtle like you say.
Keep the updates coming

Well just got back from doing a bit more on the car ,got the bulkhead virtually stripped and most of the loom out of the way.
More bits for powder coating
Stripping the mounts off the cradle
Powder coat pile gets bigger
Removing the cv joints off the shafts so the shafts can be powder coated(hope me glove is not split )
Ready for new boots when fitted back on.
Thats it for now ,going back on wednesday to fabricate the metal plates to be welded into the holes i dont want ,update later in the week, hope you like the pics.

hope you get the engine tuned up a bit to carry all the filler you will put in it to cover the holes. i have a 100 cc engine you can have more power than that tractor unit you have in there. :top:.
or is it light weight filler.
or is it light weight filler.

Managed to spend a couple of hours on the car before heading down to the pf meet ,here is what we did.
Dropped off the items for powder coating, had to strip a few bits down that i forgot to take so will drop them in later today
Getting stuck in with the grinder.
My mate Dave on the case.(Still to attack the ressess with the dremal.
Test fitting panel
Blimey he is quick ,he was only on it for about 30mins and he did all this
Also got this little lot through the post ,my sleeving for the loom
