Hi guys, its all set up now, only problem being the guy couldnt get it to boost more than 2-3 psi, hits 7-8 but then loses it almost straight away. 
Reckon it might be the actuator but going to get it on road as it is now, then take it to MSD to be sorted out and chipped 
I know that Stu has the knowledge to get it right, and its where i took my silver one so i know ill be in safe hands.
Anyway, it drives smoothly and the emissions are fine, so its now booked in for an MOT on Monday.
And Andy, i know, only realised once id welded it but fuck it it can stay like that

well MOT in the morning(its not if it will pass, more like how much it will fail on ) so thought i best get it looking good 
Popped some new number plates and wipers on and spent the day cutting and polishing the paintwork, then put back to black on all the plastics such as the mirrors, bumpers mudflaps etc
For a Cheap shitty car it now looks a million dollars, im probably the first person in its life to show it some care, lol
Update on what it fails on tomorrow

I cant actually believe im writeing this but it had its MOT at 8 this morning and the little fucker's only gone straight through 
Couldnt believe it when i picked it up. Insurance docs will be with me Wednesday, so off to get it taxed and for its first thrash Wednesday night

All my previous cars have been absolutly mint and have never gone through an MOT without needing something, now i have this shit heap and it goes straight through
Cant wait to go and fine some Saxo boys on wednesday night

did all the little finishing touches tonight, nipped up any leaks, got some new Infinity speakers and fitted them along with my Alpine headunit All ready for tomorrow night now

If anyones wondering its on the road and done about 40 miles now but i refuse to drive it now untill i find out why i cant get over 3 psi boost

Amazing to see it properly on the road - i keep on thinking i'll sell my Fiesta and do a Bonus Turbo but it seems like everyone is after a mint bonus these days - they get snapped up on ebay very quickly.

yes tryed the lot brand new acctuator knock sensors stil connected tryed diffrent hoses and a diffrent dizzy stil the same turbo was just replaced with a rebuilt one cant be that last thing i can think is ecu faulty?

someone had suggested to me it might be the ECU....
All irrelavant really as i had it booked in for the tracking to be done this morning @ 8am, so got up early and got ready etc, went out to the car and turned theignition on, but no primeing of fuel pump.
Got the mutlimeter out and found out the injection relay's gone
3 DAYS BACK INTO RS TURBO OWNERSHIP AND IM LIVEING THE LIFE AGAIN 
Got to wait till tuesday now for Ford to get one in

On the good side it was on the road unlike mine! thought I had finished the battery tray then went to weld up the side of the inner arch and guess what, another bad repair job that needs sorting.
