hi all my names Darren ive been for the past four months been trying to bring my S2 back to life i brought the car as a non runner the paint work and body work is in need of slight attention but with a power engineering tuned engine tuned to 195 bhp a sound investment well so i thought.
got the alarm working again and started her up for the 1st time in months and she started pissing out coolent and water all over the place from the manifold anyway four months into the project and things have come to a halt see my post in escort rst forum "Driving me Crazy"
car is running really rich at present and wont start when hot so its back to the drawing board to see why and whats going on the car has got a new head on it thanks to my main man ian for giving me a EFI head to put in place of the knacked mfi head i have alot planned for my pride and joy and will keep all posted and put picks up soon

No pics as yet will post as soon as i get them loaded up i wanna put in some new cams not too sure which thou if to have kent or piper cams also wanna put a either a t4 or if i can a t34 turbo i need to look into to this and see if it will fit

 

a t4 wouldnt be needed,a t34 is the biggest most will go,a few guys on here have run t4s though,with 360+bhp get a kent cam,what exhaust you got and what turbo is it atm?what power dya think its runnin?

 

got scorpion system running std t3 pushing 195bhp does the t4 have
s@6t loads of turbo lag?

will have yes,look at other peoples threads on big power rsts in here.some run gt30s or various strange turbos lol but its not all about the turbo,youve also got to think about that block you want i.e zvh,zetec(monster power can be made)cvh??most go for zvh but zetec is getting more and more popular,and youll need good management like l6 or l8 cossie spec for 250+bhp,talk to some people with big power rsts on here.

mine has a t34 and there isnt much powere before 3600rpm ish,

and i think mine boosts quite early for a t34 epuiped car
