nah, just lucky i guess, though as it's small and was hidden out the way, they probably didnt see it,

i think for the future, i will weld some mounts on so that it can still be mounted there but on a solid bracket

did some of the wires last night, some are shockingly long, just dont see why

not posted much latey, so thought i would update on the little bit wiring i have done and the new wheels the car is going to be using

i'm saving 20kgs alone but just using these wheels

wheels fit ok then, think you should keep them tyres too to complete the stealth look

think the wiring need a bit of tidying though

yeah they fit on no probs

yeah, thinking of ditching the R888's for these, they fill the arch's more

bloody wiring is never going to look neat

well not much of an update.
wiring is pretty much done, car is all running again and all gauges working, eventually..lol as i accidently removed a live for the rev counter..oops.
need to replace the exhuast manifold, if it's all done in time, i may do a track day with a mate at outlon park in october
also had some 309 arms modified

it's back together now, after i had to chnage the ex manifold, and punctured the rad while doing so, so new nissens rad fitted too

Yeah. Knew they were low. But thought they be ok . They lasted 2 yrs so happy with that I did have spares but gave them to Paul when he didthe same earlier this year.

well was a good day, was another learning curve with the wets, as when and when not to use them,

as the last session racing the red M3 i have r888's on the front and wets on the back, and they were steaming when i came in..lol

sadly the day as pointed out above came to an end when braking into town the brake felt different, coasted in and they were finished
