Absolutely quality work there.
One question regarding your camera: the pics of you and your girlfriend look to be taken with a really good camera, but all your project pics are poor by comparison. Any chance you could get a good camera for some high detail pics of progress?

Hi folk
Here are some pics of nws after a long time.
Now Im trying to build the exhaust manifold.
I need to get laser cut turbo flange yet.
I made the bracket for rear calipers but I will make another one for bigger Focus discs. It looks pretty small behind the big wheels. Its 253mm Sierra discs now but the bigger 280mm Focus ones will be better.

CarbonRick: Thanks.. I havnt a lot of time to work on it so I hope that I will finished engine in next year and I will try to prepare the body to painting. It would be complete in next two years. It depends on money and time.

I'm rebuilding my flat so I haven't a time to work on the car now. The flat will be finished to the Christmas and I will continue with the car since the new year. This is how it stands in garage now.

Hi folks after a long time. I have some small updates so I would like to show You.
I dont like how the rear brakes looks so I had an idea to get rear RS2k 2pot calipers, bigger discs and small spot calipers for hand brake. Discs I got 280mm from Focus ST170, calipers from my mate and now I need to design the spot calipers. I want something like HiSpec SVA spot calipers.
Calipers needs a good cleaning and powdercoating but it will look more better then classic sierra calipers.
Next thing Im making is inlet manifold. Now I have welded flange for FRST throttle body and flange for idle valve and next week I will give it for welding next bits like fuel rail etc.
Now I want to finish the inlet, make the spot calipers and rear brake adapters, try to build custom adjustable cam pulleys, paint the cam cover, the inlet and the fuel rail with VHT Wrinkle colour. Small steps to build my dream engine

Thank You Dave. I was rebuilding my flat last year so I have no time and money to do something on car. But know the flat is pretty finished and works must go on. I have ordered few bits from UK so I am waiting for it. I need the wrinkle colour for some painting because we have no shop with these products, thermotec band for exhaust manifold (in UK its cheaper then in our country) and blowoff valve. I will never stop this project It will be a long journey.
