i think this is the worst thing ive ever had to do in my life. finally finished all the sound deadning off n got all the sticky stuff off



bit wierd gettin the car outside in the sun again. well sun came out for a few mns all day lol, de greased everything and was sat underneath scrubbing as much underseal etc as i can off. its not come up too bad anyway.







this came today aswel, cos im putting the battery in the boot decided to use an amplifier distributor block to split the wires up instead of just soldering them up! got a little digital volts display aswel. not that youl see it behind the dash!!


jus waiting for my mate ste to come round and seam weld all turrets etc etc after ive got the seam sealer off

doesnt look like it but got loads done today. got all the silicone nof the doors . . nightmare!! finished stripping everything off it and got front and rear windows and sunroof out, got most of the seam sealer off jus needs a bit more work before seam welding and my bro cut the tops of strut tops off cos it looked daft with just a hole sticking there! oh yeah and cut battery tray out.

more cleaning up and the seam weldings nearly all done. i HATE SEAM SEALLER! its all ive been lookin at for the past day and a half!!









also started tidying up the water inj tank for the boot and strut braces which will be the same colour as car

my bros is absolute auto body care but theyre in gloucester mate! you got to travel for good jobs these days tho!!lol seeing some of their work at shows and front covers its worth it. (not just cos were related)

got lots done today, lots of little extra details to make it different at the shows but im not doin pics til its finished!!

dick head!! lol actually yeah!! not that stupid! more pics today finished about 9.10 underneath last night most sanded down jus needa a bit more at the back where there was no stonje chip. its solid as a rock only needed a 2x2' patch of welding on whole chassis!! who thinks we should ban lewis, hands up!

got a load more parts this wk, some mountune verniers, oil feed with filter, lots of aeroquip hose of ebay for water and breather and full brand new door strips door switches (another Ł350) etc etc from ford parts uk again top service

got some leds for the dash too 1 to show when water inj is working, fan over ride, and alarm with metal bezels, used proper heat shrink for once look pretty neat!



lots of braided hose!


when using a plenum spacer the fuel rail wont fit what do pple normally do? thinkin of turning round the rail so the pressure reg is at the back, so the fuel pipes will be alot neater and then re make the brackets??
thaughts?!!

i must of had about 5 pple the past 2 weeks asking its being painted YELLOW!! just to clear that up its NOT!!
