Hello cammy are you leaving it standard injection? I had my XR2 track car running a zetec now with twin 40s for three years now and it hasn,t missed abeat and it makes 155bhp on the standard 2.0 litre zetec.Just bought some bike throttle bodies for it once i,ve worked out whats involved to fit them.

yeah standard injection for now cant be bothered with the fuel consumption on 40s so staying with standard untill i decide where to go with it

cheers been toying with the idea of selling it but decided to get it how i want it over winter

started on the rebuild and a few upgrades what ive done so far
started stripping it a couple of months ago but working away has slowed progress anyway the old cage has gone and being replaced by a safety devices one, it has been stripped to a bare shell for new wings and front panel along with a full respray also got megasquirt and upgrading to full size cossie brakes as it sits:

rab not much couple of patches on the floor but nothing major just redoing the bodges someone done to it needs an arch but im cutting it out for clearance anyway so i can go lower and the inner wings need replaced not a prob as im giving it new wings and front panel
