hi john, thanks mate, at least it happened now though.

they were standard ford studs and nuts on the front as i have still got to get the wheels converted to group a fitment.

 

Ron have you got the bumper and wing yet ,we can do sunday a mixture of your car and the fence lol (saturday is now busy for us )

Ronnie..When fitting a glass front bumper (which tend to be a little wider than standard) you can space the bottom of the wings out to meet it...We do it on ours to give a little more room for tyre clearance anyway...
Just bust the welds here and space them out...The purists would never know

 

Oh theres a thought,only need to do one as the drivers is now bolt on

 

will be nice to see it back together

new wing needed some trimming here and their











i also mounted the external extinguisher and battery cut off switches and fitted the extinguisher,

also offered the bumper up, pics will be up later, i'm not best pleased with the fit but it will do for now until we have more time to play about with it, it will just be bolt on for now and then i will get some more aerocatches and fix it on like the old one.

Are you leaving the wing bolt on ?

 

yes mate, will do them both bolt on when i get my fibreglass ones,

will be much easier if i want to do anything on the suspension

thanks mate, i have been buying them up one at a time over the last couple of years. always wanted them but never had the money to buy a set of 4 at once, just need to get two machined for group a fitment, how are you getting on with yours?

Hi Ronnie, which method was used to glue the arches?
so far I used double sided tape, but always comes off a bit.

use a bodysealer ,tigerseal or sikaflex ,never come away then
