they wont get away with it. especially on a new built touring car spec head. but now im taking all the sticky soundproofing out of the footwells to find loads of slotted holes underneef lol

i got a head hear with a full set off valves ther yours if you want them if they wil help

took the head to him this afternoon, joe wet tested to check any other valves weren't bent and luckily no others were he stripped it down lapped and refitted new valves and checked the guides were all ok,

all whilst i sat and drank coffee, didnt even get my hands dirty

next job now is to try and get some money together and buy gaskets timing belt and tensioner and put it back together, but i skint myself paying for tax mot insurance and so on to get it back on the road

so will try and sell some bits to fund it. anyone want to rent me for the day?

rebuilt the head last night, am stumped now until i get some money together,

need wrc head gasket
arp stud and nut kit
timing belt and tensioner
cam shaft oil seals
half moon seals
spark plugs
oil and filter


rung matt lewis this afternoon buit he was shut so will call him tommorow and price it up

need to get all of my spare bits together and advertise them for sale

would like to say a massive thanks to beefy. i got a pm from him asking for my address as he is going to send me a set of spark plugs to help me out. (seeing as we've never met that was a nice thing) but i get a phone call today and he tells me to ring matt lewis and give him my address as he has got a set of plugs, oil filter and timing belt tensioner for me!
