eres the latest. Been doing bits and pieces to it thursday and today. Basically just been rust hunting, cutting, grinding, fabricating n welding lol heres the pics-
welded up the washer and wiper holes(welding the other wiper hole when single wiper arrives so I can relocate the wiper to the centre of the scuttle instead of being slightly offset)-
Welded up aerial holes aswell-
bracket that holds the fuel filler bracket was fuked so cut it out then realised the inner wing was fuked lol so made up a plate and also a bracket then welded it in place-
bottom lip of o/s sill was fuked slightly so thought I'll just replace the sill. Sill coming on tuesday-
o/s rear bumper mount was rusted too so cut it out then welded a plate in flush after blowing many holes in it lol (first try at flush welding) then cut a hole for the bumper mount in the new plate-
n/s was the same-
(got to drill that yet)
Then decided to roll the back arches so got the old hammer n dolly out and ran a layer of sealer in the arch then rolled it to hopefully stop any rust. Not bad for my first attempt-
before-
after-
(sealed over it aswell to stop any water getting in. Well thats about it so will hopefully get some done on monday after school cos got work this weekend. VCheers for looking

Looking good
Theres another part up in the rear part of the arch that will leave nice grooves down your tyres if your going seriously low, would be worth getting the grinder on there too

well heres todays update-
single wiper kit arrived so decided to do something that most people wouldn't notice. Ussually with a single wiper kit you just use the passengers wiper hole. This isn't exactly in the middle though so Ive drilled a new hole eactly in the middle of the scuttle to make it a bit more trick and unique. Also sort the rust in the o/s front arch (riht pain in the arse ths was- kept blowin holes in the tin foil that renault use to build this lol) and also the n/s rear quarter window lip. Heres the pics anyway-
cheers for looking

PassionFord Post Whore!!
Heres a pic of my MK1 Golf I had last year... slammed it on Ronal turbos...
Looked ace...
A few years back I converted this:-
To this:-
for my sister... She now has a proper 5 turbo ( well, one with a Volvo turbo lump in it... )
But imho you need to fit the 5turbo kit... it'll look so much better...
You have to cut the rear arches right back though...
You project is coming on well though...

OEM+ dude!!!
Defo stick with the superlights, Ronal turbos are bloody everywhere, maybe get the centres of the superlights colour matched to the body when you get the car painted?
Will look cool!

Heres a pic of the completed scuttle-
