At the start of fitting the turbo manifolds up. Just hard finding space and moving things to fit.
Almost easy with the BOB, the cast manifolds can be turned upsidedown. Making some tube manifolds though.

Not updated this for some time. The turbo is still in a box lol but I did get an intercooler fitted in preparation.

Had to cut the inner rear off the headlights to get them back in. But all looking normal an fit right.

Got a 6 deg rear beam so got that fitted, still needs setting up.

Decided to get the sapphire cosworth side skirts to fit back on so made up some sill clips. Did them the same as the ford ones. Then changed my mind and beefed them up a bit as its a trackday car so gets a bit of hammer. New version is far stronger than the ford ones and I made them screw on with captive nuts.

Tried out the ford style rivet on clips on the front small section of the kit. Looks fairly good.

Then fitted the screw on clips to the long skirts.

After sorting out the side skirts i though about making some more centre caps and nuts fot the TSW imola's. I have 2 sets of wheels and only one set of caps and nuts. so did a drawing for the nut and printed one off. It needs a little tweek to the inner diameter but it should fit fine.

New one on the left

Been busy knocking out new plastic replacment parts for the car.
Towing eye cover all done

Some wing mounting brackets sorted for the Sapphire Kit

Almost got the jacking point cover done. Been tricky to do these as there that tight a fit they are hard to get off.
